tamlyn from customer service showed extraordinary kindness. she anticipated all needs, nothing seemed too much. she ensured our stay was special, it was seamless and nice.
the gym felt a little underwhelming for a hotel of this standard, it had a limited selection of equipment.

The hotel is near a hiking trail. It allows for easy access. camps bay is a reasonable drive away. It offers more dining options. the views of both the mountains and the ocean were fine.

The room included sea salts. This was a lovely, thoughtful touch. plenty of free snacks were available daily. This was a welcome addition. the beautiful king room was super clean and very comfortable, it promoted relaxation.

The staff was very attentive and always ready to assist. juanita was a pleasure. She ensured every detail was perfect. the valet parking team were very efficient. It ensured a smooth arrival and departure.

I found the service in the restaurant quite slow. I often waited an unreasonable time for drinks from the bar and at dinner, and sometimes had to ask more than twice for the same order. This was frustrating.

My spouse and i enjoyed an excellent three night stay. the shuttle service to camps bay was so convenient. It made exploring the area simple. our room was immaculate with hypoallergenic bedding and it provided the comfort we sought. i especially loved the professional, well kept transfer vehicles. It added an elegant touch to our travel.
The bar was occasionally fully booked. It presented a slight inconvenience one evening.

a few weeks ago, i celebrated my birthday. tebogo in concierge organised a nice shuttle and welcomed me. rapeleng, the trainee in guest relations, was so excited to know my plans. i enjoyed the meals in the restaurant and the room was quite nice. the staff is very friendly and always ready to assist, which i appreciated greatly.
the gym's equipment showed some signs of wear, with a couple of treadmills needing maintenance.

the gym wasn't what i expected for a hotel of this reputation. its size was surprisingly small.

i found issues with slow service at the bar. waiting times for drinks were excessive. sometimes we had to ask more than twice for our order. the staff indicated there was a wedding, so they were short staffed. this excuse did not improve my experience at all.
