tamlyn in customer service showed such cute personality. she always went the extra mile, we had a great stay. her attention, one i will never forget. we was like we were the only guests that mattered to her.
the gym wasn't what i expected for a hotel of this reputation. its size was surprisingly small.

i found issues with slow service at the bar. waiting times for drinks were excessive. sometimes we had to ask more than twice for our order. the staff indicated there was a wedding, so they were short staffed. this excuse did not improve my experience at all.

the shuttle service to camps bay worked smoothly. breakfast included a wide variety of foods (i especially liked the fresh fruit). the staff was helpful with directions to local hiking trails.
