I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, where I was treated like royalty from the moment I arrived. The location is stunning, offering beautiful views of both the ocean and mountains, although it’s a bit distant from the city center. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff members always ready to assist. However, the spa experience left some room for improvement, as I had expected a sea view and could not book treatments. Overall, this hotel is a wonderful retreat, perfect for couples seeking a luxurious getaway.
Our stay was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional quality of service, stunning ocean views from our room, and a wonderful breakfast selection. The staff consistently went above and beyond to make our experience special. While the split-level layout of our room was a bit annoying, the overall ambiance and comfort made up for it.
